A consumer obsession and unexpected partnerships fuel our progress as we drive innovation across every part of our company.What’s on the Menu:We are looking for a Consumer experience (CX) Packaging Design Manager for Kraft Heinz International to join our unique Consumer & Culinary experience team; bringing together chef, Consumer eXperience and sensory researchers with the passion to inspire and design delicious food experiences. As part of this team, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering our next generation of packaging, embracing global Kraft Heinz portfolio for different business channels (retail & foodservice).As the CX Packaging Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing consumer-centric pack design principles to elevate consumer experience when using our products while delivering our sustainability agenda. You will own the global CX pack activities, roadmap and strategic projects in collaboration with our CX category leads. In addition, you will drive our CX pack capability to champion human-centric research and design in our CX community.Key Ingredients:

  • Play a leadership role in implementing CX vision and strategy partnering with R&D, Marketing and Consumer Market Insights, Support our packaging team, delivering our company short term (1 to 3y), mid (3 to 5y) and long term (10y) strategies related to packaging & sustainability agenda; integrating the needs of all our zones.
  • Lead CX global projects aiming to deliver the next generation of packaging across our different zones by providing actionable design principle; based on key findings. Provide complete consumer research learning plan from start to end. Ensure holistic understanding of consumers behaviour and perceptions to identify products opportunities and recommend action plans to drive business objectives.
  • Actively support the development of our R&D packaging technology platform articulating opportunity to win with consumers, defining accordingly success criteria and delivering proof of Principles to properly land this technology into our global and regional innovation pipelines.
  • Coordinate evaluation for competitive performance of our existing in-market packs vs key competition (pack benchmarking) across our business zones and deliver overall recommendations and call to action.
  • Leverage different CX research tools (qual and quant) and design strategy approach (Consumer-first and behaviour change design) apply to packaging.
  • Proactively ensure strong connection with our innovation ecosystem and the external world to scout novel methodologies for packaging research. Pilot those methodologies within Kraft Heinz and deliver for our international CX community tool & best-practices to foster human-centric research and design.
  • Work in close collaboration with multifunctional teams, ensuring regular connections with our CX category leads and directly with the zones for local relevance. Ens/ure a very strong collaboration with the Consumer Insight team in building & owning the overall insights learning plans roadmaps. Work as one team to ensure strong connections with Kraft Heinz Company business objectives.

  • University degree (Masters or PhD) in Strategic Product Design, Psychology, Anthropology, UX or related fields
  • Relevant experience in CX Product Design and/or Research including experience in corporate (agency and/or FMCG company).
  • Strong generalized knowledge and expertise in consumer experience research methodologies applying to pack including both quantitative and qualitative approach.
  • Generalized knowledge on pack design to ensure proper translation of consumer needs into pack attributes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills: highly developed soft skills required for effective data presentation and business influence based on results. Ability to simplify complex data analysis to actionable, easy to understand insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills: consultation and influencing capability for every level of exposure in the company
