This position is crucial to make sure all the data, assets, artworks are in place and adequate for our local marketing teams across CEE Hub. Become a part of our team and apply!MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESLead the artwork development and approval process for new & relaunched products across categories in the Central Europe East region;Manage new & relaunched products in matters related to SKUs creation and extension;Create purchase orders; Complete & coordinate notification of registration process for regionally developed new products (Cosmetic Notification Portal);Track & timely upload all e-commerce content for new & relaunched products (Stibo platform);Collaborate with marketing agencies in terms of artwork & packshots development;Ongoing support for the Brand Marketing department and special initiatives.REQUIREMENTSUniversity degreeVery good command of English (written and spoken – multinational environment and contact with local markets)MS Office knowledge, presentation building skills, quick adaptation to new systemsPractical knowledge of Google Tools will be an assetDiligent person with attention to detailsVery well organized, mindful of schedules and deadlines, reliable when given a specific taskTeam player, open to feedback and giving their own opinion,WE OFFER:Employment based on an employment contract (fixed term – 12 months)Benefits package including private health care, sports card, insurance, meal allowancePossibility to work with well-known developed brandsWork in a complex and multinational environment across CEE regionSupportive and collaborative team of experienced marketing professionalsOur Commitment to Sustainability
