We are currently seeking a Payroll Analyst who is detail-oriented, experienced in payroll processing, and proficient in using payroll systems such as Workday.What You’ll Do for Us
- Execute/assist with inquiries of payroll data from various sources including Salesforce, third party vendors and shared email in-box.
- Manage assigned payroll processing cycle end-to-end process with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver the targeted outcome of 100% accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyzing transactional data for decision support.
- Quality assurance and review of payroll (internal or delivered via a third-party vendor).
- Provides timely response to queries within the designated scope of escalated in case management tool.
- Provide inputs to KPI’s regarding tracking payroll delivery, measuring timeliness, accuracy and service delivery with regard to strategic payroll vendor and their local in-country payroll partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- 4+ years’ experience in a global company and payroll processing/administration.
- Business level English language oral and written communication fluency essential.
- 2+ years’ experience with third-party payroll and time & attendance systems.
- Must demonstrate resourcefulness, attention to detail and the ability to work well within virtual teams.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal).
