Consultant – GBS Change Management (f/m/d)
How You´ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- Collaborating within the newly established GBS team to further develop the GBS organisation and create significant value for ALDI on a global scale
- Applying expertise in organisational change management and communication to ensure project success
- Building trust quickly with key stakeholders through active listening and serving as a trusted internal consultant for change and communication management
- Defining strategic project goals and translating them into actionable change management plans
- Leading and participating in change impact and readiness assessments as well as stakeholder analyses
- Developing and optimising change management and communication plans, templates, and supporting materials to enhance project outcomes
- Ensuring consistency and alignment of change and communication strategies across all GBS projects
- Organising, managing, and presenting in meetings, workshops, and forums to drive alignment and engagement
- Providing regular change management status updates to internal stakeholders for transparency and decision-making
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- A degree in organisational change management, business psychology, communications, HR, or a related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience in change management, communications, or a similar field, with a focus on people engagement
- A self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder influence skills, with a people-focused approach
- Outstanding communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in a multinational and cross-functional environment
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation tools, with experience in creating engaging presentations as a plus
- Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from EUR 60.900*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
