It’s yours to build.The opportunity: your next adventure awaitsThe Reward team is a dedicated, multidisciplinary team within the People Advisory Services department consisting of more than 50 remuneration experts, technology geeks and data wizards spread over 5 offices in Belgium. Within our team, we mostly focus on improving reward policies and practices. We support our clients on topics ranging from reduction of employment costs to the setup of compensation & benefits strategies. In addition, we continuously update and inform our clients on legislative changes and innovations.To serve our clients to the best extent possible, we have identified 3 strong fields of play within our team:

Your key responsibilitiesIn today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, the role of HR is shifting from a transactional function to a strategic partner integral to an organization’s success. The traditional paradigms of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and operational efficiency are being redefined by the transformative powers of data analytics, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies. A successful integration thereof will become an indispensable pillar of any HR strategy.As such it will be your core mission as a Data & Tech Reward Consultant to enable and accelerate data-driven insights for your reward colleagues in their support to our client’s business. Your main focus will be on Digital Experience Design where you will:

• Translate business requirements into a business case, including cost-benefit analysis, feasibility, and impact assessments.
• Collaborate with the IT team to translate the business case into a work program and development budget.
• Document and report on all project progress and communicate results to client-facing teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business continuity.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive innovation in the development of new technology solutions.

Your Profile

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Digital Product/Experience Design, or related fields.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA or DevOps is a plus.
• Experience with product management tools such as Aha! is a plus.
• Certification in Design Thinking or Product Management is a major plus.
• You are familiar with common project management methodologies; experience with Agile or Scrum methodology is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Next to that, you are fluent in Dutch or French
• You possess knowledge of innovation and product design, with the ability to take an idea to a concrete product.
• You have design thinking skills, capable of facilitating brainstorming sessions and workshops.
• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and articulate business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• You have an untamable curiosity about the new world of work to create new solutions considering different aspects.
• You are available to start as soon as possible.
