You will be supported by senior colleagues who will help you further develop your project delivery skills. As a consultant you will typically work on 2-3 projects at the same time and your role will include:Acting as the day-to-day project manager for clients and junior team membersDeveloping broad scientific skills and further develop consulting skills to generate hypotheses, conduct research and deliver findings in strategically relevant ways to meet client needsPartnering with Scientific Leads to develop study material and conduct patient-centered research, including literature reviews, interviews with healthcare professionals and patients, and quantitative or qualitative analysisCreating reports and presentations, and facilitating workshopsParticipating in business development and supporting proposal developmentEngaging in development of intellectual property for use on future consulting engagementsLeading special initiatives such as knowledge management and process improvementRequirementsAn advanced academic science degree in public health, epidemiology, psychology, sociology, medical anthropology, health economics or another related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in at least 1 of the above fields, including: experience in project management, COA/PRO, patient preference and/or real-world evidence methodsKnowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques is a big plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills including presenting, facilitating meetings and workshops, and report writingDemonstrable analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with othersAn ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasksAn ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in multi-disciplinary and international teamsPlease submit your CV in English.IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
