We are a sub team in Capital Project that is managing the capital project portfolio (CapEx) for the whole site, and we lead the projects through the entire project gate model, from the early conceptual phases until handover.The role
As a Construction Manager in Project delivery, you will be part of a wide range of CapEx projects varying in size and complexity. Your specific responsibilities will be coordination and management of the execution phase of capital projects as well as participating in the earlier design phase on more complex projects. You will also be able to lead projects on your own and ensure the project don’t make interruptions of the daily operations.Your primary responsibilities will be (but not limited to)
Construction management and Project executions:

• Accountable for site construction logistics and hazardous work permitting processes according to EHS and GMP guidelines for construction.

Communication – initiating dialogue as well as presenting relevant and timely updates on project status for all stakeholders in terms of alignment and priority of deliverables. * Interfaces with site operations (Peer Engineering functions, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Site Service, Quality and Administration (in GMP and non GMP areas) to insure GMP compliance with applicable quality change controls during project

• Supports project engineering functions regarding design, planning and execution of capital scope. Supports the construction change control process to insure compliance with project governance.

Your qualifications

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
• You are self-driven, structured, organized, and you have solid stakeholder management and change management skills.
• You are a team player with focus on team performance and inclusion of the right skills and competencies.
• You need to have mindset, where you put people first, and you are eager to find the best solution who fits your stakeholders.
• You have a minimum of 5 years relevant project management experience in a cGMP biotech / pharmaceutical environment.
• You possess good communication skills both in Danish and English.

The team
As our new construction manager, you will be reporting to the Associate Manager of Project Delivery, who is part of managing the capital project portfolio (CapEx) execution for the entire site. In Project delivery, you will be part of a highly engaged team (+10 people) based in Hillerod that, besides participating on the large-scale expansion projects, is executing CapEx projects across the site.
