Exyte designs and delivers cutting-edge facilities for industries like semiconductors, batteries, and life sciences. For our expanding business in Italy, we are looking for a skilled and committed Construction Manager Electrical (m/f/d) to join our team in Milan and oversee complex electrical installations on-site across the country.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

As Construction Manager Electrical, you will be the on-site lead for electrical works, collaborating closely with our technical teams. Your responsibilities include:

• • Reviewing and evaluating the working methods of electrical subcontractors
  • Verifying compliance with design and project specifications
  • Ensuring high-quality execution of electrical installations
  • Monitoring progress and adherence to system completion schedules
  • Reviewing test procedures and documentation
  • Coordinating with other site supervisors (mechanical, instrumentation & control, process, etc.)
  • Liaising with engineering and technical departments
  • Attending and reporting on technical meetings with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  • Preparing and maintaining inspection checklists, field reports, and documentation

Show your expertise

• • Technical diploma or university degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Several years of experience in electrical site supervision or construction management
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with:
    • Medium- and low-voltage systems (transformer stations, switchgear, distribution)
    • Fire protection, gas detection, and alarm systems
    • Experience with general controls and regulation and building automation (PLCs, regulators, air conditioning systems, etc.)
  • Strong sense of responsibility, structured work approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel and work on projects throughout Italy
  • Fluent in Italian and English (minimum B2 level)
