Over recent years this RIBA chartered studio has gone from strength to strength with 3 UK offices and an established reputation for delivering buildings designed with sensitivity and skill to the highest standard. They are recognised leaders in the adaption and restoration of historic buildings yet are equally focused on design-led new build projects – constantly striving to minimise environmental impact and optimise energy efficiency. Currently operating with close to a 50 strong team across Specialist Conservation, Complex Listed Buildings, High End Residential, Education, Hospitality & Leisure, Urban Design and Masterplanning to name a few.

Conservation Architect Requirements:

  • ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect with 10 years UK industry experience particularly within Conservation
  • ACA/AABC accreditation
  • SCA accreditation would be highly desirable
  • Excellent technical skills & detailing
  • Proven experience working through all RIBA stages
  • Up to date knowledge of industry technical standards and statutory requirements
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD & NBS Software
  • Working knowledge of REVIT would be extremely advantageous

The successful Conservation Architect can expect to receive a highly competitive salary likely to be in the range of £45-£52k – fully dependent on experience as well a list of company benefits including flexible and hybrid working.
