In our department we are managing developments to the Configuration Management Processes, besides giving support to a lean execution of the current operations. • Initiate and embed improvements in our cross sector processes;
• Define and maintain Configuration Management methods and way of working;
• Share Configuration Management expertise cross sectors.

Job Description (general)The Configuration Management expert (CM-Expert) will initiate and manage improvements in the CM processes by:

• Working with process capability requirements from process architecture to the development team;
• Identify and connect with the required stakeholders and work towards a solution;
• Validate compliance of solution designs to CM Architecture;
• Prepare impact analysis and business cases for the solutions and bring them to the Change Board;
• Document CM processes and methods to set the standard for ASML CM;
• Train the CM process and expertise within the ASML organization;

Educational LevelAcademic level in industrial / logistics / engineering or technical business Administration.Experience

• 5 -10+ years of experience in process improvement in configuration management field of expertise;
• Experience with business change management in complex organizations;
• Knowledge of Configuration Management theory, preferably CMII certified;
• Experience with process audits or experience with giving feedback on process adherence;
• Experience with stakeholder management on all levels;
• Experience with PLM and ERP systems in the area of Change Management, Engineering, Production and/or Materials Management.

• Self-assured, capable of convincing people, also when it concerns specialized content experts;

Context of the positionThe Configuration Management team manages global configuration information, enabling ASML to achieve excellent delivery performance at minimum cost.
