We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Condition Based Maintenance Engineer. In this role you will assist in tasks such as risk assessment for maintenance intervals, updating parts life rules, conducting field inspections, monitoring maintenance events, supporting New Product Development initiatives, and assisting in the development of predictive models.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in risk assessment for maintenance intervals and suggesting mitigation actions
• Supporting the updating of parts life rules within ATA’s and assisting in their transfer to business
• Participating in field inspections, identifying defects, and contributing to life model refinement.
• Supporting the monitoring of maintenance events to analyze fleet performance.
• Assisting in the transfer of service requirements for New Product Development, reporting field experience, and supporting productivity projects
• Contributing to the development of empirical/analytical models for outage exposure prediction and parts fallout rates.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor/Master’s degree in mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
• Have basic knowledge of statistical modeling.
• Have some knowledge of Gas Turbine Design, operability, and reliability methodology expertise.
• Have basic proficiency in programming languages for collaboration with Digital Teams.
• Have an excellent technical aptitude, with a desire to learn repair techniques and gas turbine operations
