·Deliver Concierge Services operations to high standards

·Ensure the door is covered as part of daily rotation or for cover in the event the nominated door cover needs to step away

·Complete daily admin duties and tasks

·Ensure tasks are carried out in accordance with hotel policy, such as Valet Parking, Luggage Delivery and Collection et al

·Welcome guests on arrival, deal with during stay queries and handle departure – all to standard

·Ensure enquiries are dealt with timely and correctly including following up with third party stakeholders and guests

·Any other guest or hotel duty the line Manager, supervisor or Duty Manager deems appropriate
