This full-time, permanent position offers a unique opportunity to inspire the next generation of tech-savvy innovators in a supportive and thriving learning environment.Position OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and engaging Computer Science curriculum to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The role entails fostering a dynamic and collaborative learning environment that encourages computational thinking, problem-solving, and a passion for technology.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver stimulating Computer Science lessons that align with the national curriculum and the school’s educational ethos.
• Create a classroom atmosphere that promotes student engagement, participation, and a love for learning.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Computer Science department and across the school to enrich the learning experience.
• Stay abreast of current pedagogical approaches and developments in Computer Science education.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Demonstrated experience teaching Computer Science at the secondary level.
