Our dedication to quality and excellence has established us as a market leader, continuously setting new standards in the realm of online gaming.Job DescriptionThe Compliance Process Analyst will be an integral part of the Game Department, which supports a range of applications essential for configuring game settings, generating analytical and financial reports, and applying jurisdictional and market-related settings.Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Communication: Act as the primary liaison with the Compliance department to monitor and manage game certification and re-certification processes, ensuring timely updates and adherence to regulatory standards. · Version Updates: Oversee and coordinate game version updates, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with regulatory requirements. · Developer Support: Minimize communication for game teams’ developers, allowing them to focus on core development activities.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between game teams and customer support teams, ensuring smooth operations and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all game teams related compliance activities, updates, and compliance-related communications, and prepare regular status reports for management review.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project coordination and compliance management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders to ensure compliance objectives are met and deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal technical service desk or task coordination, preferably within the online gaming or software development industry.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and working with compliance departments is highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of computer science and software development.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and ability to work in multiple contexts with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with online gaming industry regulations and standards is a plus.
