What does the role involve?

Reporting into our Head of Credit, Collections and Asset Management you’ll be our subject matter expert on compliance across our European Division with a strong focus on ensuring that new business and our existing portfolio are compliant with Anti Money Laundering checks. You’ll also lead the review of the risk register with our Senior Leadership Team to deliver a thorough and robust register which is appropriate to the business strategy.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Investigative work to close operational incidents promptly and ensure appropriate learnings are communicated back to the business
• Providing real time support to the Credit and New Business Teams to complete AML checks
• Acting as the liaison between European Vendor Finance and the Group Financial Crime team for all matters
• Developing and delivering training to colleagues to improve the identification of risks in the business

Please note we operate a hybrid approach to our ways of working which will see you based from our Head Office in Staines-upon-Thames (Surrey) 3 days per week.

To be considered for this opportunity you’ll join us with strong compliance experience and have a working knowledge of Asset Finance and it’s processes.

Also, we’re looking for the following:

• Strong knowledge of AML regulations
• Strong communication skills
• An continuous development mindset
• Comfortable analysing statistics and data
