The Position
Join our dynamic Global Compliance & Integrity Animal Health team as a Compliance & Integrity Manager for Animal Health! In this role, you will be the trusted compliance and integrity business partner for parts of our Animal Health business, and you will support driving and executing corporate and global compliance projects.
Tasks & responsibilties

As a trusted advisor in our Animal Health Corporate Functions, your expertise in regulations, laws, and industry codes will be invaluable. Your role will be pivotal in guiding interactions with our diverse Animal Health Stakeholders, from veterinarians and healthcare organizations to farmers and pet owners.

To find risk-based, business-centric solutions, you will collaborate with your business partners in different departments, while keeping up relevant compliance standards. You will foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and risk management across our animal health organization,

You will collaborate closely with our local Compliance & Integrity teams in the countries and regions, coordinate global and local compliance and legal experts and stakeholders, and you will support the Head of Compliance & Integrity Animal Health in evolving global collaboration and harmonization.

Finally, you will support monitoring and reporting activities as well as providing trainings to Animal Health Corporate Functions.
Requirements

Master’s degree or equivalent (Law degree preferred but not mandatory)

Experience as a compliance business partner and in the design and management of compliance programs within medium/big pharmaceutical companies or FMCG industry in a global context, with international responsibilities is a plus.

Strong communicator with excellent execution skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Fluency in English and possibly German, both written and spoken
