Job Description:As a team leader, you are responsible for coordinating and leading the compliance, permanent control and operational risk management functions. You report directly to the AEW Managing Director and Secretary General. Your role is to strengthen cross-functional team, maintain and develop the visibility and efficiency of the function within the company and vis-à-vis the shareholder, and support new regulations to come. Common approaches on key compliance issues should be defined and exchange bodies established to share best practices across AEW’s four regulated European entities.Your role will be to:
- provide expert compliance risk assessment and advice to leaders and departments, ensuring regulatory oversight and determining the applicability of new regulations;
- Coordinate the work of the compliance teams of AEW’s four regulated European entities;
- Ensure that AEW policies and procedures are maintained and maintained in a manner that is consistent with operational efficiency and regulatory compliance, As well as training programs related to compliance;
- Monitor and provide guidance on operational incidents (operational risk management) to determine their potential impact, Monitor the action plans implemented by the operational teams and map operational risks;
