• Analyze regulations: Monitor and interpret regulatory developments applicable to the financial sector.
• Assess and improve compliance processes: Identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement action plans.
• Support audits and internal controls: Ensure regulatory requirements are met and compliance procedures are effective.
• Train and support teams: Raise awareness among employees, create training materials, and promote best practices.
• Monitor compliance risks: Identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory risks.
• Bridge the gap between Business and Regulation: Translate legal requirements into practical solutions for the company.

• Master’s degree in law, finance, risk management, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch – speaking all three languages is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
• Adaptable, proactive, and a real team player.
• A first experience in compliance, audit, or internal control is a plus.
