– have at least three years of experience as an academic teacher,

Applications that are incomplete, do not meet formal requirements and are submitted after the deadline will not be considered. Zamojska Academy reserves the right to invite the selected candidate(s) for an interview. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the competition for the position of assistant professor.
The legal basis for the processing of your data is:
– acting at your request before concluding a contract – on the basis of art.6(1)(b) RODO;
– the need to fulfil a legal obligation incumbent on the controller – on the basis of art.6(1)(c) RODO, in connection with:
– Act of 26 June 1974 Labour Code,
– Act of 20 July 2018 Law on higher education and science.
The provision of other data to the extent not stipulated by law will be treated as consent (pursuant to Art.6(1)(a) RODO) to the processing of personal data. Your consent in this case is voluntary and consent so given can be revoked at any time.
Your personal data may only be disclosed to entities that are entitled to receive them by law. In addition, they may be disclosed to entities with which the controller has concluded a contract for the provision of maintenance services for the IT systems used in their processing and to entities carrying out postal or courier activities for the purpose of delivering correspondence.
