Offer DescriptionThe competition is open to persons who meet the conditions specified in the Higher Education Law of 20 July 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 742, as amended) and meet the following qualification criteria:

• Has at least a doctoral degree in the field of social sciences in the discipline of pedagogy, • Has scientific achievements and qualifications in the field of special pedagogy, • Has substantive preparation to conduct specialist classes in the area of ​​pedagogy of people with intellectual disabilities, • Has scientific achievements • Has participated in research projects financed in a competitive mode or has completed at least a two-week scientific internship in domestic or foreign scientific institutions • Has at least one year of work experience after obtaining a doctoral degree • Has experience in teaching • Has a good command of English, and in the case of foreigners, knows Polish to a degree that allows them to conduct didactic classes with students, • Has qualifications in the field of special pedagogy, in particular in the field of pedagogy of people with intellectual disability • Has experience in working with children with disabilities as an additional asset of the Candidate

Specific Requirements

• an application for employment addressed to the Rector, • a personal questionnaire (forms available on the University website ) • a CV and a cover letter convincing about the appropriate qualifications to take up employment as an assistant professor in the group of research and teaching staff in the indicated Department. also a scientific CV taking into account scientific, teaching and organizational achievements and documents confirming additional qualifications/competences • a copy of a document confirming education • a declaration of fulfillment of the conditions specified in the Higher Education Law Act of 20 July 2018 • a declaration of the candidate on giving consent to the processing of personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation/GDPR)
