Our goal is to create an environment where we all win with precision.Job DescriptionYour CareerAs a Compensation Program Manager, you will lead our efforts to develop deep, rigorous and scalable insights about our compensation programs in the EMEA & LATAM region. Compensation is a highly strategic and highly personal issue, so the ideal candidate will be just as comfortable thinking through both the financial and employee impacts of program changes. You’ll lead our efforts to rethink our approach to compensation analytics and mentor other analysts to help accelerate their development.Your Impact
- Oversee the management and successful completion of complex projects and programs and be the key owner for the region with strong collaboration with the HQ team
- Develop detailed project plans for execution of programs including benchmarking, design and modeling, budgets, timelines, communication and training, and systems/tools
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders – communicate regularly to ensure they are informed of progress and changes – deliver training to ensure full enablement
- Monitor programs to regularly track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make recommendations for improvement
- Own the pay equity and statutory reporting projects for the EMEA & LATAM region
- Lead and participate actively in the global programs (e.g. Market Analysis, Pay Planning, and others) for the EMEAL region
- Market analysis for core compensation programs – salary ranges, bonus targets, and equity guidelines
- Conduct deep analysis of compensation programs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, such as Allowance(s) review, pay mix review
- Build and refine tools for supporting Compensation programs and operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, IT, People Tech, and Legal at corporate and local levels to ensure world-class and seamless compensation outcomes
- Summarize complex compensation data analysis and present effectively to management to lead to sound decisions
QualificationsYour Experience
- 8+ years of experience in one or more of the following – broad-based compensation, international compensation, short-term incentive programs, or reward/recognition programs
- Proven experience in project and/or program management – specifically managing end-to-end regulatory compliance programs, pay equity programs and gender pay reporting projects
- Experience in business partnering with a track record of successful stakeholder management
- Successful translation of complex analysis into summary outputs, and conducting enablement of team members across projects/programs
- Proven analytical, reporting, and modeling skills with the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
- Advanced data analytics skills, including the ability to effectively and efficiently handle large amounts of data, advanced formulas, and build models
- Experience working in a multinational technology organization is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Statistics, Social Science, I/O Psychology, Finance, Computer Science, or another field that uses quantitative analysis, or equivalent practical experience or equivalent military experience required
- A WorldatWork certification (e.g. CCP, GRP) is a big plus
