We are looking for talented, driven, and passionate Consultants to join our Work &Rewards teams across Europe

We offer strategic consulting solutions, together with best-in-class data, software and analytics, to help our clients manage and organise the work that is done, the skills that are needed, and the reward that is required of their workforce – from the shopfloor to the boardroom.

We work with thousands of clients, and have data covering millions of employees globally. Our advice is delivered to right up to the C-Suite. We interact daily with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, Reward Directors and Non-Executive Directors.

• Partnering with senior team members and clients on complex rewards challenges and being part of a truly regionally and globally connected team, working on projects in different geographies, and learning from Industry and Subject-Matter experts.

• Working closely with a tight-knit team that is genuinely committed to safeguarding interests of all stakeholders (shareholders, management, employees, customers, supply chain partners, communities, regulators, the environment).
