We are looking for a Compensation & Benenefit Specialist in Peschiera Borromeo. In this role you will support the Compensation & Benenefit Manager on various Compensation (C&B) programs reward policies and conduct analyses to align employee pay levels with the external and internal value of jobs as well as employees performance in line with business needs. You will be focus on delivery of service to set standards and targets, schedules for all C&B products and services

In this role you will:

  • Develop rewards plans, best practices and local legal requirements
  • Develop rewards programs, position descriptions, salary surveys
  • Analyze C&B activities to identify trends and areas for process improvements
  • Develop proposals for C&B service improvements that will deliver higher quality and/or lower cost
  • Complete job evaluations, salary increases, participation in salary surveys by collect internal and external data
  • Support Business Managers with the use of all relevant HR and C&B systems

What we need from you:

  • Work independently with general supervision.
  • Apply practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience
  • Influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practice
  • Build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns
  • Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships 

You have: 

  • 3 years of experience as Comp&Ben Specialist or Payroll Specialist
  • Good Business understanding 
  • Knowledge of Italian Labor and Benchmarking market
  • Ability to Identify problems and implementing best possible solutions
  • English Fluent
