Job description

1) Strategy

  • Develop the Global Rewards strategy aligned with the overall People strategy that facilitates the effectiveness of the business.
  • Align and integrate the Rewards governance process into the overall HR model.
  • Work with the internal and external Rewards community on reviewing and evaluating the benefits practices, processes and systems
  • Establish Rewards practices to attract, retain, develop and motivate our employees and ensure internal and external equity.
  • Contribute to the long term strategy from a HR Systems point of view, ensuring further digitalisation and automation of HR policies and processes, including assistance with the design of the roadmap for HRIS and related prioritization.

2) Continuous improvement

  • Work alongside the HR team, Operating Model team and IT department to seek for continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Monitor the job market and trends in compensation and benefits area and find the best practice to implement in the organization without major impact on the personnel expenses cost.
  • Update current practices to assist with employee retention and attract top talent

3) Data Management

  • Act as a data governor for employee master data, maintaining data integrity.
  • Perform data audits to identify and address data issues.
  • Increase data awareness across the organization.
  • Ensure new developments or security updates remain compliant with data protection laws.
  • With support of the Analyst HRIS and C&B, ensure proper recording of people and HR process by data owners. Work with IT and master data management team to ensure full alignment of master data elements.

4) C&B Policies

  • Design, review and update a set of different compensation & benefit policies keeping internal equity and external competitiveness in mind.
  • Develop compensation structures in the organisation including grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc, aligned with the culture and values of the company.
  • Ensure C&B policies are legally compliant.
  • Coordinate compensation processes such as salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development.

5) Analysis & Reporting

  • Work on the enhancement of HR reporting in Workday, including development of dashboards for reporting key metrics
  • Help with report requests from internal customers,
  • Liaise with BI specialist on integration of Workday with Power BI for consolidation of reporting of HR metrics in consolidation with metrics from other departments impacting the group management dashboard

6) Project Management

  • Ensure timely and qualitative delivery of projects within predefined budget and scope in the C&B area as well as HRIS projects in realisation of the HRIS Roadmap

7) Knowledge management and training

  • Build up the knowledge on HR Systems and C&B policies and practices within the organization by developing and delivering relevant trainings

8) Release roll out

  • Together with the system administrator from IT and Analyst HRIS perform the analysis of the bi-annual releases from Workday on the organisation’s Workday tenant.

  • Degree in economics, law or business administration, master degree preferred
  • A minimum of 10 years prior experience as a C&B expert in an international environment.
  • Experience leading, developing and implementing C&B Policies and strategy worlwide.
  • Experience reporting to C-Level stakeholders
  • Capacity to adapt to fast changing environments
  • Knowledge of/experience in various workday modules is an asset.
  • Experience managing different groups of people.
  • English – proficient verbal & writing.
