C&C Search is currently recruiting a Communications Manager to join an industry leading, Global Asset Manager
Industry: Asset Management
Size: Global organisation (-200 in London office)
Salary: GBP45,000 – GBP60,000pa (depending on experience/ level)
Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Location: Central London (4 days in office per week)
Role: Associate VP of Communications
You will part of the team handling leading corporate communications, branding and marketing, partnerships, social impact, and other communications with internal and external collaborators.
Duties:
* Support internal and external communications including Monthly internal London newsletter, articles, working with head office on global initiatives, as well as contributing to investment transaction communications and thought leadership efforts
* Work with teams across the business, eg investment teams and corporate services, to source and develop engaging content for the global intranet.
* Liaise with key portfolio companies to manage issues / crises that may pose a reputational risk
* Organise external and internal communications events, such as townhalls, partners’ and flagship events
* Implement internal and external communications strategies that are aligned with priorities and aimed at building culture or enabling key external stakeholders to understand the business
About you:
* 3-6 years of communications and corporate affairs experience, ideally within financial services.
* Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work across borders, cultures and time zones and demonstrated flexibility of communication style in order to operate effectively.
* Excellent time management and an ability to juggle multiple pieces of work and deadlines.
* Familiarity with MS Office Suite & any video editing tools
* Possess social media experience
* Highly motivated individual who wants to be part of a global team
