If yes, apply today and Join us as a Communication Partner at Novo Nordisk’s Kalundborg site!The PositionAs our new Communication Partner, your primary role will be to support the management teams and colleagues within several business areas on organisational and leadership communication, at a strategic as well as hands on level. You will have a strong focus on effective change communication and strategic internal communication, but you will at the same time be handling external communication and public affairs activities. You will be an integrated part of a management team with a role to support the team on communication tasks.In this role, your primary tasks will include:

• Advising a management team within several business areas on organisational and leadership communication.
• Drive communication planning in relation to cross-organisational projects, events, and changes in Product Supply Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (PS API) Expansions and PS API. This from the initial strategy and planning to the production of the final communication solution -being it compelling slide decks, videos, websites, articles, or an engaging event.
• Develop and produce content for our communication channels and medias such as town hall meetings, intranet, Yammer, videos, and presentations.
• Participate in the development and implementation of cross organisational communication projects.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate has:

• An educational background within communication or journalism and a minimum of five years’ documented experience as a professional communicator and advisor, working with internal and external communication.
• Project management skills, and strong proficiency in PowerPoint.
• A solid business understanding, preferably from working in a multinational pharma organisation.
• The ability to translate complex matters into simple solutions.
• Brilliant communication skills both in Danish and English.
• Experience with top management communication support, and you are not afraid to challenge your colleagues on decisions.

It is an advantage if you are familiar in working with Photoshop and InDesign, as well as web and film production. Furthermore, a great advantage if you have experience from other large expansions or construction projects.As a person, you are professional and dedicated by nature. You are constructive and full of initiative and thrive in a challenging environment with ambitious people. You can work independently and at the same time, you are a team player, always working towards reaching strong business results. You have excellent collaboration skills, and in your mind no assignment is too big or too small for you to take on.

About the departmentThe position as Communication Partner is based in the division Product Supply Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (PS API) in Kalundborg, which is part of the global production division Product Supply counting plus 20,000 employees worldwide. The position is in PS API Expansions, a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major API Expansions projects across Novo Nordisk so serve the needs of millions of patients. Thus, as Communication Partner in PS API you will become member of a global communicator’s network in Novo Nordisk.With reference to the Communication Senior Manager of PS API Expansions Communication, you will be a part of a dedicated communication team covering various communications tasks from employer branding, public affairs, media relations and social media to organisational communication, leadership communication and change management – always lead by the needs, challenges, and opportunities of the business.Working at Novo Nordisk KalundborgSince 1969, Novo Nordisk Kalundborg has been a cornerstone in our production of API.
