Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and motivated Communication & Influence Project Management intern to join our team and support the development and implementation of HR communication strategies and Corporate Influence.In this role, you will work closely with our Chief of Staff, Marine, and our Chief Human Resources Officer, Céline, on planning, coordinating, and executing various communication and influence projects.Your main focus will be on optimising the success of our partnerships with associations (France Digitale, France Deeptech, BPI, …), schools & universities (Polytechnique, ENS, CentraleSupelec, Paris Saclay University, etc..) after identifying all the key players to promote Quandela’s awareness within the public and private ecosystems, measuring the ROI of those partnerships, and mapping out the labels to be obtained in the tech ecosystem.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You should be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Key requirements include:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant Master’s degree program
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & French
  • Experience or coursework in marketing, communication, public relations, influence or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit content
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
