As a person responsible for change, you focus on the human side of change, business processes, systems and technology, roles and organizational structures.And one more thing: within the team we like to set things in motion. • You lead and translate company- or division-specific change projects to guide the transformation.
• You make contacts throughout the organization, support management in their role as change sponsors and motivate the change agents.
• You coordinate, coach and advise the project teams involved in various projects.
• You coordinate with communications colleagues to draw up an effective plan.
• You create sustainable communication about change management, connecting the objectives of each project with the overarching transformation program.
• You promote the satisfaction of our internal customers.

Curious to meet us?Your Profile

• You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• You already have several successful years of experience in project management.
• Your Prosci® certification is an asset.
• You have a solution-oriented attitude.
• You show persuasiveness to achieve common goals.
• You possess resilience, determination and perseverance.
• You secretly feel like closing your laptop and organizing a surprising get together.
• Mastering English is a must, together with one of the two national languages FR or NL.
