This magnificent HOTEL is looking for an enthuiastic COMMIS PASTRY CHEF to join the high end kitchen team – a fantastic oppourtunity to learn and be Inspired and start your career in Pastry and learn eveything – from bakery – afternoon tea , chocolate work, sugar work and great desserts.

The Hotels Bar & Lounge dining area is relaxed, busy and fun, and over looks beautiful scenery, and is a good place for guests to enjoy drinks, coffee and afternoon Tea .

As a Commis Pastry Chef you will be helping to prepare and present this diverse cuisine, it is desirable that you will have the relevant qualifications like NVQ, or the willingness to study for them. Previous experience would be ideal with an obvious enthusiasm for the industry is essential.Our Client is looking for a positive, flexible, focused attitude.

Requirements for this Commis Pastry Chef position are:

Good grasp of the English language
A flexible attitude
Enthusiastic about Food and the Industry
Good communication skills (desireable)
Good Team Player (desirable)
