Commercial & Sales Leader SRC Benelux in Brussel (Bruxelles), Belgium

Lead the local Benelux zone S&RC business to drive growth and business success. Contribute to the Europe Market SPOR process aligned with the annual cycle. Based on strategic plans (SPORs), invests and arranges appropriate and affordable capabilities for the Market and defines a specific S&RC local commercial strategy in line with the Europe Market strategy. Take responsibility for sales growth by developing relevant direct and indirect channels. Drive patient and customer engagement by proper understanding of market evolution. Provide winning sales propositions and optimized portfolio of products, solutions and services based on local needs, supported by strong and meaningful patient and customer communication and engagement plans.

Your role:

Commercial

  • Responsible for all local sales activities in relation to S&RC; account management, account planning and sales execution.

  • Responsible for delighting patients and customers and ensuring our offering is well placed.

  • Provide market information such as current trends, sales techniques, application of S&RC solutions along the health continuum for their Market to the EMEA SRC Market organisation.

  • Engage in continuous dialogues with the central EMEAR SRC team related to performance, forecasts, market trends, competition, and growth opportunities.

  • Drive the execution of the EMEA SRC marketing plan, including NPI and portfolio management for products, solutions and services in the local market.

  • Develops and manages effective relations with top customers, channel partners, end-users and stakeholders.

  • Building a strong S&RC sales team, with capabilities to enable present and future success.

Sales

  • Manages the sales function in the zone order to maximize sales, volumes and revenues for S&RC.

  • Lead & Opportunity Management.

  • Establishes key sales commercial and operations plans including processes and strategies for: distribution, contracting, business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI selection.

  • Develop and implement sales account strategies to meet financial objectives.

  • Develop clear and achievable strategies, objectives and tactical plans based on segmentation, customer needs / customer centricity and market conditions synchronized with the EMEA strategy.

  • Negotiate contracts and prices within the limits of the sales plan and sales policy.

  • Problem Solving skills. Able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues. Drives continuous improvement via applying LEAN methodology.

  • Skills in collaborating with and influencing the stakeholder.

  • Skills in leveraging capabilities: works across internal and external boundaries to maximize value for Philips through simple solutions.

  • Experienced in managing an international team, consisting of different culture, languages and mentalities.

  • Fluent in Dutch, English and preferably German.
