Commercial Sales Executive – Medium

Impulsar el crecimiento del módulo de ventas, enfocándose en la retención de clientes existentes y la captación de nuevos clientes corporativos, especialmente en el segmento Enterprise.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes corporativos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de ventas y generar nuevos negocios.
  • Asesorar a los clientes sobre nuestros productos y servicios tecnológicos y de telecomunicaciones.
  • Realizar seguimiento post-venta para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.

Requisitos:

  • Estudios universitarios en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia de 2 años en ventas de productos/servicios de tecnología o telecomunicaciones dirigidas a clientes corporativos, agencias, televentas u otros canales.
  • Vehículo propio y disponibilidad para trabajar fuera de la oficina.
  • Nivel intermedio de Excel (indispensable).

Habilidades Técnicas:

  • Conocimiento de herramientas y plataformas de ventas.
  • Dominio de técnicas de ventas y negociación.
  • Manejo de CRM y software de gestión de clientes
  • Capacidad para elaborar y analizar informes de ventas.

Conocimientos Específicos:

  • Conocimiento profundo del mercado de tecnología y telecomunicaciones.
  • Entendimiento de las necesidades y desafíos de los clientes corporativos.
  • Habilidad para identificar oportunidades de negocio y desarrollar estrategias efectivas de ventas.
  • Competencias en el uso de herramientas de análisis y presentación de datos.
