Commercial Planning & Performance Analyst

Position Overview:
Analyse financial operations in Sales, Commercial Excellence, and Marketing departments. Coordinate performance processes, provide variance analysis. Collaborate with the GBS team, support onboarding, and contribute to commercial meetings. Deliver regular and ad hoc reports, assist in budgeting, and analyse commercial activities and expenditure.
Responsibilities:
-Contribute to monthly closing, ensuring accurate invoices and approvals.
-Analyse KPI variances and assist in performance analysis.
-Update commercial input for Rolling Latest Estimate preparation.
-Support Capex investments spending requests and Promotion recommendations.
-Oversee Global Business Service centre activities for Power BI reports preparation and ad hoc requests.
-Participate in business projects.

-Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or Accounting.
-1 year or less of commercial analysis experience.
-Experience in Performance Analysis and Planning is an advantage.
-Strong analytical skills
-Familiarity with financial analysis tools is an advantage
-Fluent in English
-Very good Excel
-Experience with SAP is an advantage
