Key responsibilities:
– Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth.

Requirements for the role:
– A degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, within the Crop Protection Industry
– A proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
– Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
– Fluency in Italian and English languages
– Able to travel frequently
