Be the captain of your career, come sail with us!In search of a Commercial Manager BelgiumAs a Commercial Manager Belgium you are responsible for maintaining and developing the relationship with existing clients in Belgium, but also actively searching for new prospects and opportunities.You take actions (call, visit, network,..) to attract new customers.You actively maintain relations with our exisiting clients.

You handle client accounts, complaints, non-conformities and feedback.You recognize business opportunities which will lead to further development and growth.You prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure the scope of work is clear.You resolve contractual and commercial problems.You offer direction and instruction to the project management office and stay informed of the progress of the project.What do we expect from you?You have a first relevant work experience.You obtained a bachelors degree in a relevant field.You possess strong communication skills, you are an equally good talker as listener.You have a positive appearance, you are persistent and you have a proactive approach towards clients and colleagues.You both speak and write fluently English and Dutch, knowledge of French is a bonus.You live in Belgium.What do we offer you?A challenging job in a fast-growing environment.A good working climate within a young dynamic team.A Competitive salary.The chance to actively grow within our organization.
