This role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic decision-making and optimize the financial performance of an organization that makes a tangible impact on global health.Become a trusted finance advisor to managementAs Commercial Finance Manager, you will support fact-based and transparent decision-making by delivering excellent performance reporting and analytics to our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and his organization and other key stakeholders.M

• Be a trusted partner for senior stakeholders (CCO, CFO, heads of Sales regions, Global FP&A and Business Monitoring)
• Provide financial support to stakeholders in Sales Controlling, Revenue Management and related finance projects.
• Establish KPI’s to track business performance while driving commercial growth.
• Lead key performance management activities, including month-end closing and performance reporting to the Xellia Executive Committee, commercial team and BoD.
• Develop Business Intelligence Dashboards for enhanced data insights.
• Own and drive live sales forecasts and the long-term planning cycle, proactively managing risks and opportunities.
• Ensure excellent forecast accuracy and foster a commercial-driven mindset within the organization to achieve target figures.
• Build data-driven financial models to support forecasting and business cases.
• Drive AR overdue performance and oversee OPEX forecasting.
• Support ad hoc analyses/reports and projects

Join a global team with local anchoringYou will be based at our headquarters in Copenhagen, working alongside experienced finance professionals and reporting to our Senior Director of FP&A.You are highly motivated by data, using insights to drive decisions that enhance and complement traditional FP&A processes. You believe in solving issues as they arise, which is supported by your ability to find solutions. You rely on accountability to build strong relationships with your stakeholders and you are equally encouraged by diving into analyses and presenting findings to senior management.

• M.Sc. in economics, finance or accounting and have achieved excellent academic results.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, preferably within commercial finance.
• Proven records in financial analysis and collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with or keen interest in Business Intelligence dashboards.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to see the big picture while maintaining attention to details.
• Able to work independently in a performance-oriented environment with tight deadlines and high-quality requirements and finally, energy and drive.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Outstanding set of values with eagerness to learn, excellent work ethics and growth-oriented mindset.
• Excellent command of English; Danish language skills are a plus.
