Commercial Excellence positions in Europe & International Operations

and skilled professional to take up two open positions in Commercial Excellence, one position with main focus on Pricing, Market Access and Gross to Net across the Region and one position with main focus on Field Force, Promotional Spend and OMNIchannel. The positions are at Specialist / Senior Specialist level and will report directly to the VP Commercial Excellence Europe & International Operations at Lundbeck.

Your new role
In these positions one will have the focus on Pricing, Market Access and Gross to Net and the other will drive core Commercial Excellence initiatives. The projects go across all markets in Europe & International Operations as well as the core corporate functions.
The role for Pricing, Market Access and Gross to Net will work closely with the key markets and the Global Value and Patient Access department. Together with cross-functional stakeholders you will work to identify and implement initiatives that optimize prices and profitability without compromising patient access.
The role for Commercial Excellence the initial focus will be within Field Force, Promotional spend and OMNIchannel, you will work together with key countries on analyzing and optimizing the mix and guide recommendation and take part in implementation.
As part of the Commercial Excellence department in Europe & International Operations you will be part of driving multiple Commercial Excellence projects across all the markets and in the job get broad exposure across Lundbeck.
You will report directly to Jens-Peder Wenzel Pedersen, the VP Commercial Excellence.
Your main responsibilities are:

-Pricing, Market Access, Gross to Net.
-Deliver Gross to Net Commercial Excellence projects in key countries.
-Leveraging internal and external data to develop advanced analytics and recommendations for optimization.
-Driving transformation and ensuring pull-through to elevate Gross to Net strategies.
-Manage incoming pricing cases from affiliates in collaboration with Global Value & Patient Access as well as the 4 regions.
-Business case analytics and launch impact analysis across product launches.
Commercial Excellence:

-Field Force and Promotional Spend deployment analysis.
-OMNIchannel across markets and analysis on the “the optimal mix”.
-Engagement in new product launches.
-Optimal set-up to drive mature brands.
-Development of a Commercial Excellence Playbook.
For both:

-Take part in Commercial Excellence initiatives and drive strategic and tactical projects across Europe & International Operations.
-Plan, co-ordinate, and follow up on commercial performance and execution in close collaboration with VP Commercial Excellence.
-Drive day-today activities in close collaboration with VP Commercial Excellence and PA to EVP.
-Have an important role in transforming the way we work through Commercial Excellence initiatives and projects across all markets.
Your future team
You will be part of Commercial Excellence, a newly established department in Europe & International Operations. As a new department you will be part of shaping and forming the area. As a team we will in close collaborations with the EVP, the 4 Regional SVPs and key markets drive commercial excellence initiatives, where we take pride in securing value to the markets and patient centricity.
The position is based in Valby, Denmark.
What you bring to the team
–style=”list-style-type:disc”-
-A university degree in business or relevant life science.
-Some years of project management experience.
-Pricing experience preferred with significant focus on Gross-to-Net / commercial optimization.
-Experience from markets, regions or worked with Commercial Excellence.
-Proven strategic reasoning and analytical skills.
-A proactive approach and good interpersonal skills, enable you to cooperate across the organizational levels as well as building relations.
-Well-structured and organized.
-Good communication skills and fluent in written and spoken English.
-Flexibility in your approach and can work under tight deadlines.
-Open mindset to work on both practical tasks as well strategic initiatives and projects.
