Based on an in-depth understanding of value drivers in process industries as well as a solid background in financials and data analytics you will identify key levers to enhance profitability of and further develop the Siegfried portfolio of products and services. Furthermore, for new businesses you will support the organisation incl. Business Development, Supply Chain or Project Management through definition and implementation of a framework to reach Siegfried’s ambition levels.Main responsibilities– Prepare regularly reports and presentations for discussion with Siegfried Executive Committee and senior management that supports stirring the Siegfried business– Identify and support implementation of top and bottom line value drivers– Establish and execute data analytics approaches relevant for a continuous portfolio review process including profitability analysis– Establish and evaluate group wide performance analysis for different product portfolios– Represent Commercial Excellence within the evaluation process of customer enquiries and offers– Contribute to the setup guiding principles for commercial terms and ensure usage within sales related contracts– Establish and ensure group-wide consistent processes for profitability management for established and new contract manufacturing and development services– Identify improvement possibilities of relevant business applications (i.e. S4/HANA, BW4/HANA, CRM, Management Information Systems) with regards to Commercial Excellence relevance und lead implementation / maintenance of a Commercial Excellence Reporting System– Create program routines and databases for data evaluation and calculation of key figures (e.g. tracking of actual raw material costs, switch in product components, variance analysis, etc.)– Support development of customer / product segmentation– Support BD&Sales for client discussion from a financial/analytical point of viewYour profileEducation:Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Engineering, Business Chemistry, Business Informatics, Pharmacist with education in financeLanguages:Fluent in EnglishExperience:3 year of professional experienceProcess industry, pharmaceuticals / specialty chemicals manufacturing background or business consulting experience with focus on process industriesGeneral understanding of end-to-end business processes in commercial areas in regulated industriesSAP / SAP BW / SAP Analytics CloudMS Excel (advanced skills)Experience in data analytics and data visualization applications will be a plus (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau, Python, Qlik)Preparation of presentations for management audiencesHand-on experience in preparing and using financial modelsCompetencesSelf-motivated with entrepreneurial and pro-active spiritAnalytical and strategic thinkingSystematic and ordered attention to detailIn-depth understanding of value drivers in process industries as well as a solid background in financials and data analyticsOpen and transparent communication, easy to interact with different departments and cultures within the global organization of SiegfriedAbility to lead multidisciplinary projects and communicates results in a clear mannerStrives to simplify and make things simpleCan do attitudeTeam workerWillingness to travel around 10% of timeWorking at SiegfriedSiegfried’s work environment is dynamic and international.
