Commercial Development L&D PMO ManagerAs PMO your role will be pivotal in ensuring the success of the wider commercial development team responsible for partnering with markets & key stakeholders to build, deploy, & embed capabilities that will enable Carlsberg to achieve its Sail 27 ambitions.A key success criterion for this role will be how successful you are at ensuring multiple priorities in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment are delivered by partnering with others.What you’ll be doingStakeholder Management:Effective communication and stakeholder engagement is essential for the S’27 to accelerate the capabilities agenda and the role that the Group Commercial Development team will play in delivering them.Your role as PMO within this team will be crucial for the team’s success as you will have the following specific stakeholder responsibilities:
- Liaison between project teams, senior leadership, and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and buy-in. This involves effectively conveying information, gathering feedback, and ensuring that everyone is on the same page.
- Working with each SME team to develop clear stakeholder maps. Allowing the team to identify key stakeholders, understand their interests, concerns, and level of influence, and tailor communication strategies accordingly (linked to change management responsibilities below).
- Ensuring all communication plans align with the overall project goals and objectives. You will be accountable for coordinating with each SME Team within Group Commercial Development to ensure that communication plans are integrated seamlessly into one broader communication strategy/plan.
Change Management Responsibilities:You will facilitate the team change management processes, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication, ensuring that stakeholders understand the rationale behind the changes and are adequately prepared for them. This will involve the following:
- All workstreams to operate using Carlsberg Change Management principles and tools.
- Each SME team is to produce a change ‘blueprint’ which describes the change journey and plans to successfully navigate the change by articulating the vision for change, outlining the impact on stakeholders, and providing support mechanisms for those affected.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- You are responsible for working with the VP of Group Commercial Development to establish and track performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the progress of the prioritised projects (Big Rocks) and their interdependencies. You will work with each workstream lead to monitor performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular updates to individual stakeholders and the wider team.
- You will own the process and be the focal point for the team’s completion of monthly 9-GRID reporting
Team Governance and Control:Working with each SME team lead you will produce a clear view of market interventions which is to be regularly reviewed at all team meetingsWorking with the Director of Commercial Learning & Development to be responsible for structure & cadence of all team meetings & away days.Any reasonable ad-hoc activities that may arise from time to timeWhat we’re looking forThe ideal profile we are looking for has:
- Commercial understanding
- 3-5 years experience of being involved in fast-moving complex projects.
- A basic understanding of project management or change management – please note you will be expected to learn and deploy Carlsberg CPMM & Change
- Good learning agility & and an ability to manage through ambiguity.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced & demanding environment, with a can-do attitude.
- Experience in working with & managing senior stakeholders
- Effective communication/collaboration skills & is fluent in English.
- A willingness to take a step forward & share their view.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience of working cross-functionally
- Fluent in English, both written & verbal
