We create imaginative products and brands that are enjoyed in over 150 countries, such as Mentos, Fruittella and Chupa ChupsPURPOSE OF THE POSITIONWe are seeking two Commercial Data Lake Analysts to support PVM’s global data-driven initiatives. These roles will drive the development and management of the Commercial Data Lake (CDL), focusing on Route-to-Market (RTM) or Business Performance Management (BPM) and Revenue Growth Management (RGM). By leveraging analytics, these analysts will empower strategic decision-making, enhance commercial performance, and uncover growth opportunities across diverse markets.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain CDL dashboards, templates, and reports tailored to RTM or BPM/RGM needs.
• Collaborate with global and local teams, IT, BI, and external partners to ensure robust data integration, quality, and consistency.
• Support data discovery and feasibility assessments, addressing data gaps and ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Build intuitive, interactive Power BI dashboards with features like drill-down analysis and embedded training materials.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to implement tools for RTM strategy, trade partner tracking, BPM, or RGM analytics.
• Manage multi-country projects, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder alignment across functions and cultural contexts.
• Lead advanced analytics and AI initiatives, such as predictive modeling for sales force activation or optimizing BPM/RGM strategies.
• Act as a strategic advisor, recommending improvements to processes, reporting structures, and data governance practices.
• Provide training and ongoing user support during planning cycles to maximize tool adoption and effectiveness.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Bachelor’s degree with 4-7 years’ experience in a similar role within FMCG.
• Expertise in Power BI, data analytics tools, and key data sources (SAP, Nielsen, Circana).
• Experience with RTM, sales analytics, or trade marketing for RTM-focused roles; BPM/RGM analytics for the other.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python is a plus.
• Strong project management, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complexity and deliver results under tight deadlines.
