Enza Zaden is an innovative company and market leader that develops, produces and sells seeds for vegetable varieties all over the world.What are you going to do?Currently we are looking for a Commercial Coordinator for the BeneScan (BeNelux and Scandinavia) region. In this role, you will support the order, demand and replenishment process within several countries. Order flow management, SKU enrichment planning, management of the virtual warehouse, data collection and reporting, contract management and price lists are also part of your tasks.Responsibilities:

• Act as a linking pin between customer service, sales team and supply
• Handle the operational issues during the preparation phase of Sales (before order entry) and aligns within the department.
• Prepare customer forms, orderforms, disclaimers and other country or customer specific documents based on (legal) templates
• SKU enrichment planning as part of the demand planning process for the countries and/or region.
• Main contact for supply chain; replenishment planner and operational supply planner
• Align on short term planning (parameters), based on country and or crop specific requirements (legislation or market specific needs)
• Follow up on inventory to align with demand plan and replenishment planning
• Seed/batch allocation process with supply/budget holders/team and deliver the information to external and internal customers.
• Simple data analysis that is needed in the operational process to inform the sales team (SKU Forecast / Open order data / Replenishment plan).
• Coordinate the processing of outstanding payments in alignment with the sales manager.
• Manage the end-to-end process of commercial agreements (distributions contracts, discount letters and other agreements).
• Yearly preparation of price lists and terms of sale distribution.

Your power

• 3 to 5 years of working experience as a Commercial Coordinator or in a similar position like a Supply Chain or Commercial (support) role
• Educational background preferably in administration, economics or logistics
• Computer skills (excel, ERP systems, planning systems)
• Pro-active, accurate, analytic and proficient in working with data
• High collaborative working skills and cultural aware
• Good communication skills and the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in the English and Dutch language, both written and verbal
