About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Finance Analyst – Tax to safeguard our financial practice with vigilance and strategic insight. You’ll be more than just a number-cruncher; you’ll be a financial gatekeeper for Reckitt, ensuring that we not only stay ahead in compliance but also capitalise on opportunities to craft a stronger, more profitable future. Your expertise in tax laws and proactive approach will guide us through the complexities of tax regulations, turning challenges into strategic advantages.
Your responsibilities
- Carrying out analyses and prepare monthly closings and reporting
- Carry out specific financial analyses to enable improved decision-making
- Prepare and consolidate quarterly and monthly reports by collecting, reprocessing, analyzing and explaining data
- Participate in the construction of annual plans and quarterly forecasts for brands
- Set up and improve management and reporting tools to analyze and monitor key KPIs (net sales, gross margin, etc.) and data from different systems.
- Provide financial leadership for certain power brands and key customers.
- Work in collaboration with sales directors to achieve objectives, supporting the strategy and execution of key projects.
- Lead and present regular financial reports to general managers and sales directors, with a focus on risks and opportunities.
The experience we’re looking for
- 2-4 years of experience in management control, ideally acquired in the world of mass consumption.
- Fluency in English and French is a must.
- Organizational skills such as multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, respecting processes.
- Rigor, autonomy, analytical
- Initiative skills: challenging the status quo, providing solutions for problem solving
- Advanced mastery of Excel with knowledge of an ERP (SAP) as a plus
