We are looking for a Commercial Attorney for our client, a top law company blending business and legal expertise, offering innovative software and services, and the first non-lawyer-owned global legal services provider with an Alternative Business Structure (ABS) Licence for legal services in the US.What Makes This Role Different:

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Provide support to the senior team in dealing with a wide range of projects and matters
• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of certain matters
• Apply existing legal skills across various specialisms, including disputes, financial services, and commercial contracts work
• Demonstrate drafting experience
• Support the development of less experienced colleagues
• Build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
• Help embed systems and processes within the team for high-quality output
• Drive improvements in the team’s performance

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of legal experience in Banking & Finance, Commercial Contracting, Real Estate, or Dispute Resolution within a law firm or in-house role
• Well-developed legal skills, including drafting, negotiating, analysis
• Passion for quality with excellent attention to detail
• Positive, collaborative, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build relationships quickly
• Comfortable working proactively in a global organization
• Excellent communication skills in plain German (both verbally and written)
• Resilience under pressure and a desire to meet or exceed objectives and deadlines
• Taking responsibility for self-development by seeking and acting on feedback and learning opportunities

Qualifications:

• Law Degree
• Working proficiency in German/Spanish/Italian
