Learn more atThe CommEd Coordinator is responsible for coordinating CEESAT commercial education programs that align with regional needs and organizational goals which will be delivered in CEESAT region. Ensuring effective program delivery and continuous improvement in educational initiatives.The Coordinator will support CEESAT CommEd team in organization of the workshops, webinars, and training sessions, ensuring a high-quality learning experience. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Additionally, the Coordinator will manage vendor relationships and administer training platforms such as SUMMIT and Axonify. Supporting event logistics and maintaining comprehensive documentation of training activities are also key aspects of this role. Staying updated on market trends is essential, as is the continuous exploration of new technologies and resources that can enhance training initiatives.Training Coordination
- Organization of the training session (virtual and face to face) in CEESAT region. Closely collaborate with CEESAT/ EMEA sales, marketing, HCC and HEMA.
- Cvent Management, processing CEESAT CommEd events in the system, cooperate with local marketing team to track product training, registration for EMEA events.
- Organize events, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently. Maintain documentation and reporting on training activities and outcomes
- Creating and monitoring feedback, assessments, and performance metrics after the trainings
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant attendance. Ensure compliance with organizational documentation standards.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors to enhance training content and delivery.
- Managing contact with EMEA and local KOLs for CommEd trainings. Processing the documentation for the events.
- Training Centers management- support establishing training centers across CEESAT. Negotiate contracts and ensure service delivery meets standards.
Platform Administration:
- Administer training platforms such as SUMMIT and Axonify.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide user support.
- Create purchase orders where needed to support training and event logistics.
Industry Research:
- Identify new resources and tools to enhance training programs.
- Continuous exploration of new technologies and resources. Identify new resources and tools to enhance training programs.
Qualifications
- Fluent English language
- Knowledge of Business Conduct Policy, HCC and other Johnson & Johnson policies and procedures.
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office and virtual applications.
- Knowledge of J&J systems
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
