• Position: FULL-TIME College SEN Teaching Assistant
• Location: North Birmingham, Kingstanding

Requirements of a College SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Previous experience working with young adults with special educational needs and disabilities.
• Ability to provide effective support in classroom activities and personalized learning programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities of a College SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Assist in delivering tailored learning plans for students with SEND.
• Provide one-on-one support to students as required.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and report feedback to the SEND Coordinator.
