The successful candidate will lead a team of collections analysts, ensuring the efficient recovery of outstanding receivables and maintaining strong relationships with our global customers. This role requires advanced analytical skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of collections processes within a global framework.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of collections analysts, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring team goals are met.
  • Oversee the collections process to ensure timely and effective recovery of outstanding receivables.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of collections data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and enhance relationships with global customers, addressing payment issues and disputes professionally and efficiently.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all collections activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the collections function.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on collections performance and analysis to senior management.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as finance, sales, and customer service, to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable management, preferably within a global or multinational company.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in collections software and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
