Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:The leader will be leading a large team of collectors and people managers, responsible for reducing debt and increasing cash flow from LSEG EMEA customers. Should be able to provide strategic leadership, build and maintain relationships with internal partners (Sales, Finance, Order management, Billing, Cross functional teams) and key external customers relationship, invest in long term leadership and talent development.Should be able to guide the team through change and inspire change within and across the organization. The leader is responsible to the senior leadership team to help and support best in class tools, resilient processes, across all regions.The leader in role will be responsible for setting up the language operations for scale and resilience while enabling portfolio success and stabilization of processes through coordination with other market leaders.The leader in role champions the execution of key priorities for the division – Creates an environment for the team to collaborate, aligned with LSEG financial goals and direct global teams to achieving targets.
