Collection Analyst II with FrenchŁódź, PolandContract: Until end of December 2025ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: #LI-DNI
- Various Collection Activities: Pre-Collection and Collection of receivables, blocked orders monitoring & management, Master Data maintenance, providing Credit References, participation in Credit meetings, various reporting activities.
- Leading mid-size projects & supports finance initiatives within the business function.
- First point of contact for Auditors (scope review, requests management).
- Coordination of the regular meetings with key business representatives and stakeholders – including preparation of regular follow-up communication.
- Performing internal process audits.
- Provide regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis for various AR trends.
- Supporting new team members during the onboarding process.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years of experience on similar position in area of finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
- Fluent French language skills.
- Very good English language skills.
- Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power Point, Word).
- Good Knowledge of SAP.
- Very good teamwork, communication, and presentations skills.
- Very good analytical skills and ability to apply good judgment and solve complex problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence without formal authority at all levels of management.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, under time and responsibility pressure to deliver desired results.
- Demonstrated strong initiative to drive improvement efforts.
