Collection Analyst II with FrenchŁódź, PolandContract: Until end of December 2025ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: #LI-DNI

  • Various Collection Activities: Pre-Collection and Collection of receivables, blocked orders monitoring & management, Master Data maintenance, providing Credit References, participation in Credit meetings, various reporting activities.
  • Leading mid-size projects & supports finance initiatives within the business function.
  • First point of contact for Auditors (scope review, requests management).
  • Coordination of the regular meetings with key business representatives and stakeholders – including preparation of regular follow-up communication.
  • Performing internal process audits.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis for various AR trends.
  • Supporting new team members during the onboarding process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3 years of experience on similar position in area of finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
  • Fluent French language skills.
  • Very good English language skills.
  • Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power Point, Word).
  • Good Knowledge of SAP.
  • Very good teamwork, communication, and presentations skills.
  • Very good analytical skills and ability to apply good judgment and solve complex problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence without formal authority at all levels of management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, under time and responsibility pressure to deliver desired results.
  • Demonstrated strong initiative to drive improvement efforts.
