COE Financial AnalystLocation: Piotrkowska 157a, 90-440 Łódź, PolandHybrid workingJoin Tate & Lyle GSS in Łódź as a COE Financial Analyst! It’s a great opportunity for someone who has in Accounting or Finance roles, SAP knowledge, analytical skills, and is ready to take on new challenge.You will be responsible for:Support business partners in understanding their supply chain cost base and variances to budget in, through creation of value-added analysis of results and action focused outputs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and finding solutions to mitigate risks.Support all business partners in delivery of global finance initiatives, building a best practice approach to FP&A cost reporting and analysis.Daily review and analysis during month end of write-offs, freight to warehouse, SG&A supply chain logistic support, outbound freight.Participate in annual budgeting, planning, and forecasting activities of supply chain costs.Be a trusted finance business partner to the functional heads and other members of the functional leadership teams, providing a financially biased lens and decision support to functional initiatives.Support various ad hoc requests.Assist project experts in day-to-day activities.Seek ways to continually improve service levels through efficiency gains and stakeholder feedback.What do you need to become successful in this role?We look for people who will thrive in a changing business and a culture that is evolving day by day – we value curiosity, courage, and a willingness to challenge others constructively.University degree in Finance or Accounting2-5 years in Accounting or Finance rolesExperience of working within FP&A environment would be an assetFluent English is a mustKnowledge of SAP, Business Warehouse and HyperionEye for detail and accuracyExcellent communication skillsGood time management skillsSound judgment and problem analysis skillsExperience in Forecasting and Budgeting processAdvanced level in the use of Excel, knowledge of VBA/Power Query will be an advantageExperience in SAP will be an assetExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAt Tate & Lyle, we are committed to all our employees being seen, heard, and valued and thus, we value the contributions of people with unique backgrounds, identities, and experiences.What do we have for you?As a business operating in 50 countries worldwide, we offer a global rewards package to all employees alongside a range of country-specific benefits.
