They are looking for a Coach Education Developer to join their training and education team. The purpose of this role is to coordinate the day-to-day operations, development, delivery and assessment of coach education programmes and to ultimately increase the quality of coaching within the organisation.The duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Co-ordinate and support the delivery of a programme of coach education, development and support to meet development and performance objectives
• Co-ordinate and support the Coach Education Administrators to establish annual coach education programmes in line with identified needs
• Develop, monitor, support and provide mentoring opportunities for a network of tutor/assessors to enable the effective delivery of appropriate coach education
• Set up and administer meetings with tutors, assessors, markers, partners and others as and when required
• Co-ordinate/Mentor newly recruited Tutor/Assessors to provide support during the onboarding process.

An ideal Coach Education Developer will have:

• Background in coach development, coach education and/or sports development
• Knowledge and passion for golf
• Experience of providing development support to organisations
• Experience in developing, implementing and managing coach education programmes is desirable
• Comfortable delivering training and presenting
