Do not hesitate, apply now!The positionAs Contract Manufacturing Organisation (CMO) Operations Manager, your primary objective is to ensure stable and reliable planning, production, and release of products to our patients and customers. You will achieve this by partnering with our CMOs. You will oversee the entire operation of one or more of our CMOs, working to enhance collaboration and ensure adequate capacities. Working in close collaboration with internal teams you will establish key priorities and ensure our CMOs are aligned with our business objectives.Your main activities include:

We are currently handling 19 CMOs in operation, and the number is expected to grow heavily in the coming years. We are responsible for the daily operations, capacity utilisation, deliveries to downstream customers while ensuring quality standards are uncompromised.
